Okay this one sounded pretty weird to me. I loved it so much that we had to search all future night markets for the "Shaved Peanut brittle stand".
The guy in using a wood planer to shave a huge block of super dense peanut brittle. Shavings get thrown onto a spring roll skin, topped with taro ice cream and a touch of genius cilantro - REALLY TASTY and fresh: (Oa-bing run-bing)
